While Tim Hughes is the Lead Pastor of a thriving church he planted in Birmingham, England called Gas Street Church, he is most recognized as the worship leader and songwriter who penned modern worship classics such as “Here I Am to Worship”, “Happy Day”, “The Way”, and “Hope and Glory”. During this encouraging conversation across the pond, Tim shares how the song “Here I Am to Worship” actually came about. His story about his recent effort that united more than 65 churches to sing a song of blessing over the United Kingdom via Zoom is awe-inspiring. This powerful rendition (called The UK Blessing) has already produced more than 4 million views and is filling hearts with hope throughout the United Kingdom and beyond. We end the show with  some Christmas British sayings and words for “Tate and his mate” that will have you rolling on the floor!
